SKBBSS’s Vidya Mandir CBSE School, Sedam, successfully conducted its Investiture Ceremony on Saturday, 25th July 2026, marking a significant occasion in nurturing student leadership and responsibility.
The programme was graced by the Chief Guest, Sri Upendra Kumar, PSI, Sedam, who inspired the students with his insightful address on the importance of effective parenting, the guidance of teachers, and the need for every student to have a clear aim in life. He encouraged the newly elected leaders to lead with discipline, dedication, and integrity.
The Guest of Honour, Sri Shivareddy Huvinabhavi, Treasurer, SKBBSS, congratulated the newly elected Student Council members and emphasized the importance of fulfilling their responsibilities with sincerity, commitment, and a spirit of service.
In his presidential address, Sri Basawaraj Patilji, Patron, SKBBSS, motivated the student leaders to carry everyone along with care, compassion, and mutual respect. He highlighted that true leadership lies in serving others with humility and responsibility.
The programme commenced with an introductory address by Smt. Shobharani Patil, Principal, who welcomed the dignitaries and spoke about the significance of the Investiture Ceremony in developing leadership qualities among students.
The event was beautifully coordinated by the students. Master Chennakeshav of Grade 10 delivered the welcome speech, while Kumari Al Sabha and Master Rohit of Grade 10 announced the names of the newly elected Student Council members. Kumari Sakshi K of Grade 10 confidently anchored the programme, ensuring its smooth and successful conduct.
The Investiture Ceremony concluded with a renewed commitment from the Student Council members to uphold the values of discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and excellence, reflecting the vision and ethos of SKBBSS’s Vidya Mandir CBSE School.
